The Area Sales Manager position will oversee the Sales efforts for their assigned hotels. This position will be responsible for revenue generation, key account management, development, and execution of sales plans for their assigned hotels.

Job Functions:

  • Increase sales to the assigned hotels with extended stay business
  • Seek out potential leads for new business
  • Maintain existing business and client base to ensure ongoing business
  • Navigate Online/Offline sales resources
  • Work with property GM's on lead generation coming from front desk staff
  • Maintaining accurate notes in CRM and ensuring that all account / lead data is up to date

  • Proactive with written communication
  • Proven track record for increasing revenue growth & securing contracts with local businesses and companies to exceed budgeted revenue and occupancy levels of assigned hotel


  • Minimum of one year's hotel sales experience with Extended Stay hotels or three year's hotels sales experience
  • 25- 50% travel within assigned area
